Best Transport Achievement Award 2012 (Sponsored by UPS)
Humanitarian organisations face serious challenges in managing their fleets. Whether fleets are owned or contracted through a third party, it remains a daily challenge to run fleets in the most safe, environmentally friendly and cost-efficient way.
The fleet manager is responsible for identifying those interventions that will help to improve the management of their fleet, particularly sustainable improvements that will make their fleet safer, cleaner, and more efficient, and support the programmes and objectives of their organisation.
Fleet Forum is proud to introduce a new award to recognise outstanding transport achievements. The Best Transport Achievement Award 2012, sponsored by UPS, recognises the fleet manager and the organisation that are an inspiring example for others. The award winner will demonstrate measurable impact on one or more of these critical fleet management areas: road safety, fleet safety, environmental impact and cost efficiency. The winning submission will also demonstrate professionalism, innovation and strong, tangible results.
Fleet Forum and UPS invite all humanitarian organisations to apply now for the Best Transport Achievement Award in order to have their transport project recognised. The winner will be announced during Day 1 of the conference on Wednesday, 11 April in Geneva. Read more about the application process.
