Ethiopia: Fleet Forum and Kjaer & Kjaer Announce Joint Fleet Management Workshop
Geneva, Switzerland… (December 11, 2012) Fleet Forum and Kjaer & Kjaer announced today a joint Fleet Management Workshop to be held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on February 6 and 7.
The workshop will be presented in partnership with Kjaer & Kjaer using their Fleet Management expertise and tools, reports Rose van Steijn, programme manager for Fleet Forum.
“The objective is to increase local knowledge of fleet management and to promote the use of fleet management systems as a tool to improve fleet efficiency and effectiveness,” comments van Steijn. “We expect to see definite results in terms of better fleet performance and reduced costs as a result of the insights gained. It also helps us to understand the local challenges in developing better fleet management skills, while we examine the preparation of budgets and the setting of fleet targets.”
The target audience is Fleet, Logistics or Admin managers and supervisors who want to improve their fleet management skills, and will be specifically invited for this pilot programme. For more information please contact Rose van Steijn (Rose.van.Steijn@fleetforum.org)
