NGO Directors Roundtable: 26 March 2013

NGOs are under more pressure than ever, particularly as demand for aid increases in response to a rise in man-made and natural disasters, while donors, on the other hand, continue to demand more for less.

This half-day collaborative discussion is designed to enable NGO leaders from around the world to discuss pressing challenges and identify opportunities that will best prepare them to address these challenges. In a facilitated discussion setting, delegates will be able to identify how best to adjust their NGO’s strategy in response to new demands, increase their NGO’s transparency, and find partners who will provide the right level of support.

The Roundtable, organised in partnership with Fleet Forum and the Dubai International Humanitarian Aid & Development Conference & Exhibition (DIHAD) 2013, will take place on Tuesday, 26 March 2013 at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre.

It is designed to coincide with DIHAD 2013 (from 25-27 March) and the 11th Annual Fleet Forum Conference (from 27-28 March) to enable participants to maximise their time and networking while in Dubai. This is a valuable opportunity to meet like-minded NGO leaders and collaborate on shared challenges.

Please note: A limited number of NGO Directors will be invited to participate in the meeting to enable a targeted and effective discussion.
