Annual Conference 2014 to take place 2 – 4 April, Budapest

The Annual Fleet Forum Conference 2014 will take place in Budapest, Hungary, from 2-4 April 2014. UNHCR, the UN refugee agency, has generously offered to host our 2014 conference. UNHCR is currently undergoing major changes in the field of logistics and fleet management in their effort to increase their level of excellence. Therefore, UNHCR is a perfect host for our conference.

More details about our 2014 conference, including theme, programme, speakers, and accommodation, will follow in coming months. For now, please reserve the date in your agenda.

At the conference we will bring together aid and development organisations, governments, suppliers, corporations, and academia to share experiences, learn from one another, and discuss future needs and developments. In plenary sessions, breakout sessions, and workshops we will discuss topics such as vehicle planning, accident prevention, fleet management standards, vehicle disposal, risk management, and fleet excellence implementation.

As in the previous two conferences, we will recognise an organisation that has demonstrated remarkable improvement. The Best Transport Achievement Award, sponsored by UPS, will be presented to an organisation that is an example to others.
