Road Safety Round Table India focuses on driver certification and 2 wheeler training

On December 15th Safety & Health leaders from 7 Indian corporate organisations gathered at the Johnson & Johnson office in Mumbai to discuss the Road Safety challenges in India. The managers, representing Johnson & Johnson, Nestle, Maruti Suzuki, Monsanto, ACC Limited, Think Link & Vodafone, concluded that there is a need for drive certification and a road safety programme for 2 wheelers. The group identified joined initiatives to be developed. In the coming months the participants will continue sharing their experiences and continue working on solutions to be presented at the next Round Table in May.
