Fleet Forum Launches New Benefit for Members

In 2015, Fleet Forum partnered with UNHCR to build the next level of fleet management training. Under the partnership, a series of fleet management e-learning modules were developed for senior managers, transport managers and drivers. In the past year, we have successfully incorporated these e-learning modules into our training programmes.

The feedback we have received from participants has been overwhelmingly positive, as it allows them to learn fleet management concepts right from their office in an engaging manner.

At the start of 2017, we will offer a new benefit exclusively to  members: access to all the e-learning packages for your staff members.

Every organisation has a different name for the person with fleet management responsibilities: Transport Manager, Dispatcher, Admin. Officer, Supply Chain Officer etc. We are happy to assist you if you are not sure which package applies to the various positions in your organisational structure, .

Trial Period

For those who are interested and would like to test the modules first, we will set up a 3-month trial period, in which you can offer 10 members of your organisation to try out any of our e-learning packages. A trial period will allow you to determine the best method of access for your organisation.

How Can I Access Them?

After the trial period, you choose how to access the e-learning modules:

Host Them On Your Own LMSAccess Them Through Fleet Forum
If you already have a learning management system (LMS), you can transfer the modules to your own system.

There are no costs to retrieve these modules from our LMS.

In return, we ask that you provide some statistics and feedback on the completion of modules twice a year as well as personal report if the staff member is registered for our training activities.
If you don’t have a LMS, your staff members can access the modules through our LMS.

You will pay a licensing fee to Fleet Forum for the hosting costs. This includes:
• Standard email to introduce e-learning modules within organisation
• Registration and personal log-in details for each staff member
• Bi-weekly progress reports

The fee will depend on how long the staff member is registered in our LMS. Being registered for a month costs approximately USD 1.5 per staff member. For 1 year, its USD 18

It is worth noting that these modules are available in English and French.
