Update on Fleet Forum - UNEP Developing a Clean Fleet Strategy Workshop Results 

In February, the Fleet Forum and United Nations Environment Programme held a workshop with four agencies to guide them through an analysis of the environmental impact of their fleets and identify steps to reduce their CO2 emissions.  As a result of the event, one agency in particular has taken an interesting step towards changing their environmental impact by adopting electric vehicles.  The United Nations Logistics Base is currently in the process of procuring these vehicles and hopes to trial and test them on the ground within three months.   This trial will be a good opportunity for UNLB to test the usability of these vehicles within particular environments, and we hope to share their outcomes with the Fleet Forum community in the future.
