The Fleet Forum received a $150,000 contribution from TNT to help expand its fleet safety initiatives into India and West Africa.  The expansion into new territory will provide countries with some of the worst road traffic accident statistics to benefit from the proven fleet safety tools and methodologies already successfully utilised elsewhere.  The move into India coincides with the Fleet Forum's co-founding of the India Road Safety Partnership and will help move road safety issues across the country.  While in West Africa, the funding will assist first with awareness raising activities that will coincide with the French translation launch of the Fleet Safety Toolkit in 2010 and later with initiating implementations of the toolkit.
