
Advanced Fleet Excellence Training
This training is a follow-up to the Fleet Excellence Training so that humanitarian fleet managers may continue building they knowledge and skills in the areas of fleet management, fleet safety and the environmental impact of fleets and ultimately professionalise fleet management in your respective organisations.
The Fleet Excellence programme, funded by USAID, will include:

Access to emergency preparedness e-learning modules, which will help participants learn at your own pace before the workshop.

3-day in-country training which will include fleet management emergency preparedness, change management and KPI analysis.

Guidance to create a personal implementation plan to improve fleet management within your organisation.

Frequent support and follow-up to assist you in the implementation of your personal implementation plan over the course of 10 months.
Target Audience
The target audience for this event are senior and middle managers from aid and development organisations, responsible for vehicle fleet operations who have participated in the (Basic) Fleet Excellence Training and made improvements in their fleet operations since.
Costs for the training
The costs for participating in the programme are USD $300,- per person. Additionally, expenses for travel to and from the workshop location and stay (hotel, lunch, dinner, personal expenses etc.) need to be incurred by the participant or their organisation. Please note that this training is only open to staff who have attend the previous Fleet Excellence Training and can demonstrate the fleet management improvements they have made since. Upon applying, participants will receive an evaluation template, which will help them outline the improvements they made.
