Fleet Forum is seeking expressions of interest to identify an experienced evaluation company or consultant to undertake an evaluation of Fleet Forum’s Fleet Excellence Training.
Fleet Forum, with the support of USAID OFDA (now BHA), has been developing and facilitating the Fleet Excellence Training Programme since 2013. What started as a ‘one-size- fits-all’, face-to-face training has evolved in a programme at various learning levels using blended learning methodology that aim not only to realise impact at the time of the training but also long after through the implementation of action plans and business cases.
Fleet Forum wishes to gain insight in the impact and the current strengths and weaknesses of the programme. Seven years into the programme, we would like to conduct an external evaluation and make improvements on this basis.
