Innovative Strategies for the road ahead

Review your workshop
Maintenance and repair rating system.
At Fleet Forum we always strive for continuous improvement of humanitarian fleet management. Therefore we are trying out something new: a rating & review system for maintenance and service providers. Because we believe that being open about the performance of maintenance and repair service providers can help both aid and development agencies as well as the providers.
A win/win situation: Agencies can look at the reviews to select their future maintenance provider whilst the providers can use the reviews to learn and improve their service. To test if you also feel the need for such rating system we invite you to tell us: ‘How would you rate the last maintenance and/or repair provider you used?
How?
-
Give your supplier ‘stars’: 5 for ‘Wow, great job’ and 1 for ‘Mwah...not impressed’. Or everything in between.
-
Tell us in a couple of words what made you give the number of stars. Was it the friendly mechanic, the job executed flawlessly, the fact that the invoice was perfect?
-
Let us know if you would recommend this provider to your peers.
-
Your review will be anonymous: names and organisations will not be shown on the overview page.
The amount of reviews we receive, determines our decision to develop a full review and ratingsystem.
