Magdalena (she/her) is a human rights specialist, working on the fulfilment and advancement of human rights. The inclusion of underrepresented groups, community building and stakeholder mobilisation with the aim to achieve systemic change have been drivers for her work. Male, as everyone knows her, co-created and co-implemented national, regional and global programmes focusing on a more just future, for example addressing social cohesion and inclusive governance, economic inclusion, sexual reproductive health rights, and climate change.

 

As a Consultancy Manager at Fleet Forum, Male strives to ensure that projects are crafted in a learning environment, and that they bring value the network and the partners. In her work, Male prioritises the implementation projects with local, regional and/or global actors to maximise resources, and achieve long lasting change.
