Fleet Forum Sustainability Summit

At the Fleet Forum Annual Summit, our member community will assess progress against the Fleet Forum Sustainable Transport Commitments and pinpoint the critical steps needed to drive faster, more impactful results. 

 

The Fleet Forum Sustainable Transport Commitments are:

Baseline and targets 

​

1. Member organisations set a baseline and targets for the largest fleets in their organisation, representing at least 50% of their global fleet, by Q3 in the year after signing this commitment  

 

Leading indicators / objectives 

 

2. In 2028, 25% of vehicles of the member organisation are euro3 or higher; 

3. In 2026, member organisations participate in ride and vehicle sharing initiatives in at least 20% of the operating countries. 

 

Beyond tracking commitments, the Summit is a chance to tackle shared fleet and mobility challenges head-on—and to kickstart collaborative solutions. Throughout the year, dedicated working groups (made up of members and partners) focus on turning ideas into action. And, of course, the event is a prime opportunity to connect, swap insights, and learn from peers. 

 
The Annual Summit usually takes place in October, back to back with Aidex in Geneva. We will add details about this years’ event closer to the date.
