Making the Business Case for a Road Safety Programme is explicitly crafted for those who aspire to contribute significantly to the road safety strategies of their organisations. This course can serve as a standalone training or as a continuation of Fleet Management Fundamentals or Pro Training.

 

By completing this specialisation, you will:

  • Acquire the insights to advocate effectively for long-term road safety investments within your organisation.

  • Master practical methods for developing and initiating influential road safety interventions.

  • Gain the tools needed to set and accomplish road safety goals and enhance the safety performance of your fleet.

A 5-week online training, starting May 6

This specialisation, offered over five weeks and fully online, includes approximately 20 hours of learning. There will be one weekly live lesson and encourages active, value-driven discussions among 10-12 participants.

Topics Include:

  • Quantify the financial impact of road crashes in your organisation

  • Developing persuasive arguments for road safety investments.

  • Identifying and implementing impactful safety interventions.

  • Leading and monitoring road safety initiatives and strategies effectively.

Those of you who have attended Fleet Forum trainings before, you know that these are very practical and action-oriented.


Throughout the training, you will receive guidance to successfully develop a business case for improving road safety. At the end of the training, you will present your business case to Fleet Forum and a (senior) manager in your organisation.
