Global Fleet Management Specialist

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) has recently set up its logistics function and is looking for a Fleet Management Specialist to help develop and implement its fleet management improvement plan.
As the Fleet Management Specialist, you will:
Develop communication materials to ensure adoption and application of the fleet management policy and operational processes.
Provide functional support to FAO Country Offices, including identifying learning needs and building the capacity of fleet/transport personnel.
Support the preparation and execute the roll out of streamlined vehicle acquisition processes like vehicle leasing.
Analyse fleet data and prepare and present business analysis and fleet management reports.
Establish a feedback process to ensure FAO Country Offices can interpret their fleet KPIs and make performance improvements country assessments and develop.
The Fleet Management Specialist is a remote position; FAO is offering a Consultant / PSA (Personal Services Agreement) contract for 11 months.
