Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is looking for and experienced professional for the newly-created Global Fleet Manager position to provide agency-wide strategic and tactical leadership of fleet management.
What will the job entail?
Develop a Fleet Management Strategy as a pillar for achieving CRS' Vision 2030 strategy, and its implementation roadmap;
Set up and lead a Global Fleet Management Community of Practice (COP), in close collaboration with Regional leadership and operations technical teams;
Maintain the global policy and procedure portfolio related to fleet management and operations;
Provide remote and onsite tactical fleet management support to the regions and country programs;
Develop, monitor and report on fleet management KPIs for continuous improvement.
Substantial, demonstrable expertise in fleet management with a minimum five (5) years of experience in global, multi-cultural organizations is required. Experience with international NGO, IO or UN agency is desirable.
