Highlights from the Fleet Forum Member Meeting- March 2026

Progress doesn’t always move in straight lines, but it moves. At our latest Fleet Forum Member Meeting, we saw strong momentum across the network, with members advancing collaboration, innovation, and practical solutions in fleet management.

A key milestone is just ahead: the launch of our new Data Portal on 6 April 2026, which will give members clearer insight into fleet performance and support more informed decision-making.

Collaboration also continues to grow through the Vehicle & Ride Sharing Working Group, where efforts are underway to scale interagency approaches and improve how resources are used across organisations.

Looking ahead, this year’s Annual Fleet Forum Conference will tackle the “50% budget reduction challenge” highlighting how fleet teams are adapting to increasing financial pressure while maintaining safe, inclusive, and sustainable operations.

Innovation remains central to this work. Through Fleet Futures Labs, country-level stakeholders are coming together to solve shared challenges, while Innovation Spaces are driving progress in areas such as mobility services and digitalisation.

As the fleet function continues to evolve, the Fleet Forum community remains at the forefront working together to shape more effective, collaborative, and forward-looking approaches.
