The ideal candidate has a strong sense of customer service to:
Act as the Global Administrator for WHO Fleet Management System and coordinate with service provider and WHO offices to ensure that all WHO vehicles are equipped and monitored with Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS).
Liaise with service provider to trouble shoot any hardware or software issues reported by WHO offices.
Deliver training and helpdesk support to WHO offices.
