I rated 4 stars as I assume there is always a room for improvement but this official Toyota workshop is very well managed, very well equipped with qualified staff. They propose quality genuine parts, quality tyres and lubricants matching manufacturer's specifications. Management staff have strong technical expertise and can guide you, providing technical information for specific issues. Qualified staff can be deployed on request for specific intervention on remote place. We contracted them for Armoured vehicle windscreen replacement as example otherwise they are maintaining Goma vehicle fleet with success so far.

MOENCO is the sole supplier for the TOYOTA vehicles in the country and they also provide genuine parts. They do have a workshop that with all the necessary equipment, qualified. They also provide regular trainings for their mechanics.

Very Professional, with an excellent diversity of skills with-in the workforce, workshop is very well maintained and managed. Billing is very reasonable and speedy in responding to requests. Workshop also provides on-site services with a very high standard of workmanship. I believe it is also important to mention that this workshop will work on all types and makes of vehicles and is not limited to just vehicle make, which cannot be said for the majority of main dealers

Toyota Kenya are very good on routine service and maintenance of my fleet of Toyota vehicles. This due to guarantee of genuine spare parts and qualified technicians though their prices particularly on labour is very high compared to other service providers. However, body part works takes long and major repair works eg engine/ air conditioning systems tend not to be satisfactorily done.

Their prices are very high compared to the local market, I feel like when you send the vehicle to be checked up they send you back a report that says that everything in the vehicles needs to be fixed/replaced which is not true.

Genuine parts, warrant, Timely, Experienced man power, honest & Sole distributor of Toyota genuine parts, non fake parts and good customer services on the other hand some times there are delays if they have to order for parts.

Toyota Uganda LTD has trained technician, their service is praiseworthy with good customer care. Toyota always assess the vehicles status outside the service agreement and advice the client in time. Toyota provides genuine parts that warrant the lifespan of their product.
Apart from the service/repair, Toyota also organizes trainings for their new technology and defensive driving for their client that has relevant impact on Cost, Safety, and Environment for both Organization, the Equipment and the community we aid.

Comprehensive knowledge of vehicles used in the humanitarian sector, small business but goes out of the way to resolve issues and provide a comprehensive and personalized service. Some over charging has been observed which has been communicated. Workshop facility needs to be better equipped.

The service done on the intervals are excellent on my fleet I have never have a break down much of the vehicles are around 130000km.

The workshop in Nairobi is very good and effective. however, they can improve on the delivery time (especially body works).
The prices charged by Totoya are quite high as compared to other standard Workshop.
